Vday 2010 was pathetically sad because it clashed with CNY and dear has to go back to Malaysia to visit his Granny with his whole family.
But we had an early celebration on the Friday before chuxi. :D
Was dismissed from work half a day earlier that day. And went back to take a rest. I didn't pack my mountain of clothes until chuxi when everyone was preparing to have dinner. Lol. I drew out all the drawers and cleaned the railings that were layered with 1 inch of dust + dog fur. It's been 5 years i think! Ever since the house was renovated. Felt so contented after wiping and repacking. Though my mountain of clothes wasn't reduced. But it's slightly more organised now.
Oh ya, back to that Friday. We had a nice and cosy dinner at Changing Appetites at Marina Square. Thankfully there wasn't crazy crowds because most of the Chinese should have gone home to do their last minute spring cleaning and preparing to welcome the lunar new year.
In the midst of our dinner, we heard loud poppings right outside the building. It was fireworks! But we didn't manage to catch a glimpse as our view were blocked by the surrounding buildings.
And i regretted not bringing my camera!!
I have no pics... Oh i think i only took some using my handphone.
Anyway, we went to walk around the mall after our dinner and I bought two tops from Mango. One green singlet and a black spaghetti strap for me to match my blouses.
And Dear suggested to walk to Suntec to see if Fancl is still opened. It was already nearing 9.30pm i think. Was feeling quite lazy but he insisted that we should go. =_=
Got there and the shop's shutters were already half closed. But the nice sales assistant still allowed us into the shop.

Leong for very long keep thinking about this. Finally I got it! Hee. But one thing about Fancl skin products is that they will expire in 60 days upon opening.
I'm jumping for joy!! I got the best surprise of the year! We were given a single digit for our balloting results~!! Yeah! It was 1 year long of waiting... waiting... waiting... balloting.. re-balloting.. and re-balloting. It was well worth the wait!

I better give it another check and screen shot it before the system decides that it has given me the wrong number....
Yes, correct. Still single digit. :P
Hopefully this marks the start of lucky 2010.
